Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

Sliding doors at the rear of the house open onto the covered dining terrace, which is the ideal spot for enjoying your meals alfresco and entertaining the family with a brick BBQ. Steps lead down to your private pool terrace, where you can relax on one of the comfortable sunbeds, to one side there is a lawn area great for kicking the ball around.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 3 spacious, smart bedrooms at villa Alec. You’ll find a double and twin bedroom on the ground floor both of which have en suit bathrooms and sliding doors which open onto the covered terrace with views over the pool. The first floor has the remaining twin bedroom is on the first floor with access to its own private balcony. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.

Living area and kitchen

The villa has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, is situated on the first floor with plenty of space and furnished in a contemporary style. Large sliding doors fill the room with lots of natural light, with access to a balcony with table and chairs- the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and admire those distant views of the colourful Marina. There are comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV as well as a dining table. Adjacent is a contemporary kitchen which is very well equipped to meet all your holiday needs.

There is off road parking for your car. The front door opens into the open plan lounge and dining room.

Villa Alec is situated in a great position in the area of Cerro Grande. A 15 minute stroll down hill is the colourful Marina of Albufeira. You’ll find a great selection of restaurants, bars and attractions to keep all the family happy. Albufeira's picturesque old town and the golden sands of Fisherman's Beach are just a 5 minute drive away with a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants lining its cobbled streets. The beaches of Praia D’Oura and Forte de Sao Joao Beach are both a slightly further in also with soft golden sand, crystal clear waters and plenty of watersports.
