The spectacular outside space features a large infinity pool and various idyllic locations among the grounds to sit and take in the sea views. Adjacent to the kitchen is a seating area shaded by a pergola. There’s a further dining set to one side of the villa, next to the brick built BBQ.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and direct access to the sea facing gardens. 2 separate spiral staircases lead upstairs. The first floor is split in half, creating 2 distinct, separate spaces. Each side has 2 smart double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. Please note that 2 of the en suites are open plan in style with glass walls and blinds for privacy.

All first floor bedrooms have access to at least one balcony. Direct access to the gardens is possible via flights of external stairs from the balconies.

Living area and kitchen
Spacious and open plan, the living space is a great setting for large parties. It’s a sociable space to gather or chill out while taking in the views. There’s a dining table for 10 people, comfortable sofas and a lovely, fully equipped kitchen. The pool terrace and garden can be directly accessed via sliding doors.

Entrance
The villa is accessed from a track from Agios Spyridon seafront via an automated gate. There is parking for at least 3 cars here with an additional driveway available if necessary. A slope or steps lead up to the villa, with the front door opening to the living space.
