Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area
Around the attractive private pool area is the perfect spot to relax as there's plenty of space to kick back with a good book in your own little oasis. You’ll also find a second heated pool which is separated by a decked pathway. The pergola is home to a dining table with chairs and a comfortable seating area- perfect for alfresco dining and making the most of those wonderful balmy nights and great views.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa has 4 lovely bedrooms in total, split between 2 levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious double bedroom that can make use of the separate shower room opposite. The remaining 3 double bedrooms are on the first floor. One of them features a space with a desk that could be used as a dressing area. A shower room on the first floor completes the facilities.

Living area and kitchen
The living area has a spacious living and dining room, comfortably furnished with colourful sofas and a dining table with plush seats. You’ll also have a sleek, modern kitchen with an additional, smaller table. Doors open out to a raised terrace, with 3 steps down to the pool.

Entrance
There is on road parking available at the start of the street the property is located on. A path approximately 50 metres from here leads to the villa’s entrance gate. Upon entering the villa grounds, you will see a large front garden with various trees and plants. The front door is just ahead and opens into a hallway.
