The inviting pool is set into the spacious terrace overlooking the stunning golf course. You’ll find plenty of comfortable sunbeds and chill out sofas, plus shaded areas to keep the sun at bay. A gas BBQ and dining table mean you can enjoy al fresco meals together.
Living space’s
The ground floor has 2 stylish double bedrooms, one of which has access to the pool terrace. Each has a modern en suite shower room, one of which can also be accessed from the hallway.
On the first floor is a magnificent double bedroom with fabulous views from both the room and its generously sized balcony. This bedroom has a large en suite shower room and dressing area with automatic lights. A further double bedroom and a separate shower room complete the facilities on this level. From the first floor landing you can also access a wonderful terrace with astroturf flooring.
The fabulous open plan living space features statement lighting, stylish furniture and a high quality finish through. Large, glass sliding doors allow you to enjoy the views and provide access to the pool terrace. You’ll also have a dining table and contemporary kitchen. Adjacent is a handy utility room.
Entrance
Enter the villa via the gate and you'll find the front door just ahead. Off-road parking is available. You could also park on the road just in front of the villa.
Area and surroundings
Villa Seroto is situated alongside the Abama Golf Course, a tropical oasis set in atmospheric volcanic landscape. A luxurious retreat away from busier resorts, this villa is ideal for those seeking a little tranquillity. Nonetheless, all the island’s points of interest are within easy reach. There are varied gastronomic delights on offer in the region including 2 Michelin star restaurants. Traditional local artisanal goods and farmers’ markets combine in nearby Playa San Juan, just 5 minutes’ drive away. Why not sample fresh fish dishes or take a stroll along the promenade? The resort’s main beach is in a protected harbour and has all the amenities you may need, from sun loungers and parasols to laid back nearby restaurants. Closer to the villa is the sandy bay of Playa Abama. Accessed via a flight of steps, it’s a great spot for watching the sunset.
