Villa Serenity is a stunning 3 bedroom villa with beautiful sea views. Situated on the West coast of the island, you can watch the spectacular sunsets from your terrace. Or, kick back and admire the fabulous views from your very own infinity pool. The interiors are finished to a high standard throughout and designed to make the most of the beautiful scenery. Set just outside the small village of Exanthia, you’ll find both the gorgeous Kathisma Beach and charming village of Agios Nikitas 15 minutes’ drive away. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Your private infinity pool is ideally positioned overlooking the Ionian Sea. Sit back on a sun lounger and admire the stunning scenery while sipping a cool drink. The outdoor dining table is set under the covered terrace, with the brick BBQ located nearby for those delicious alfresco meals.

Villa Serenity has 3 bedrooms in total, 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and 1 twin bedroom with access to a separate shower room. All 3 bedrooms are finished in a simple but contemporary design, with sliding doors opening out to the pool terrace and framing the views.

The same simple but modern design continues through to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. You’ll find comfortable seating, a smart TV and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Large sliding doors open out to the pool terrace and showcase the views over the Ionian Sea.

Villa Serenity is accessed via a short, unsurfaced track, with off road parking for 1 hire car. From here a flight of steps lead up to the front door.

Nestled into the hillside, Villa Serenity’s elevated position allows for spectacular sea views. The villa is located just outside the small village of Exanthia, where you’ll find a local bakery and a couple of traditional tavernas. Exanthia is also home to the popular restaurant of Rachi, famed for its beautiful sunset views. 15 minutes’ drive will take you to the beautiful beach of Kathisma, a wide, sand and shingle stretch lined with chic beach bars. There are plenty of sunbeds and cabanas to rent for the day, and you can also organise paragliding from here. Agios Nikitas, 15 minutes’ drive away, is also worth a visit – a secluded sand and shingle beach accessed via a narrow street lined with tavernas and shops.

Beaches
