Villa Sammi is a wonderful modern property located just a few minutes’ drive from the heart of Playa Blanca. The charming exterior space, complete with your own private pool, is the perfect place to relax under the warm sunshine. With modern, stylish interiors throughout, this bright and airy villa is the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful holiday. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

Spend your days relaxing on one of the sun loungers that surround your private salt water pool as you enjoy the warm sunny days. The covered terrace is the perfect spot to take some respite from the sunshine, whilst the dining table and chairs provide a wonderful place for al fresco meals throughout the day. The portable BBQ allows you cook up some tasty meals.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 3 pleasantly decorated twin bedrooms in this villa. On the ground floor you have 2 of the twin bedrooms, both of which have double doors that open out to the pool terrace, whilst one of the bedrooms has an en suite shower room. There is also a shared shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor is the final twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and a lovely terrace with views of the surrounding area.

Living area and kitchen

The spacious open plan living and dining area is light and decorated with modern furniture. In the lounge you’ll find a smart TV and sofa, perfect for taking a break from the heat of the day. There are sliding doors which open out from the lounge to the covered terrace outside. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the open plan living area and has everything you’ll need to whip up some delicious meals.

Entrance

There is parking for your car in the cul de sac. From here Villa Sammi is located along a short path. The entrance gate opens into the pool area and the front door is located under the covered terrace, leading into the lounge.

Located in a lovely development of villas, Villa Sammi is ideally located away from the crowds but within easy reach of the fantastic beaches, restaurants and bars of Playa Blanca. The centre of Playa Blanca as well as the stylish Rubicon Marina are just a 5 minute drive away and offer a plethora of dining options, catering to a range of tastes. Within a 10 minute walk of the villa is the rugged beach of Las Coloradas as well as a handful of restaurants and bars set back from the sea front.
