This detached villa is also just a 10 minute stroll from the fabulous Playa Grande Beach. Back at the villa, enjoy the spacious pool terrace and traditional interiors - a perfect setting for your next Lanzarote getaway. Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

There's plenty of space outdoors on the pool terrace to soak up that Canarian sunshine. Relax on the sunbeds, splash about in the salt water pool or keep that sun at bay under the pergola. There's also a covered section of the terrace that's home to the alfresco dining table. Why not enjoy a feast cooked on the brick BBQ?

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The first floor has a large double bedroom with plenty of storage space and doors that lead out to balconies on 2 sides. The larger balcony has a comfortable seating area where you can sit back and take in distant sea views. You'll also find a smart twin bedroom and a separate shower room on this floor. Downstairs, there is another twin bedroom with patio doors leading to the back of the villa. There is also a separate shower room.

Living area and kitchen

The living and dining area are open plan, bright and tastefully furnished. There are 2 comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a dining table with chairs. 2 sets of patio doors keep the room full of light and provide easy access to the pool terrace.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and has a door leading to a handy utility room.

Entrance

There is on road parking available should you choose to hire a car. A pedestrian gate from the road is shared with the neighbouring villa. From here, stairs lead up to a further gate and the villa's front door.

Ideally positioned to enjoy all Puerto del Carmen has to offer, Villa Rin enjoys a great location. The vibrant main street, Avenida de las Playas is just a 10 minute amble form this detached property. Here you'll find an assortment of sea facing eateries, bars and shops, sure to keep you entertained. The sandy Playa Grande Beach sits just in front - ideal for beach lovers. Family friendly options are never far away either, with activities, Timanfaya National Park and theme parks easily accessible.
