The pool is a generous size for both swimming or dipping your feet into with a splash pool at one end. On the spacious terrace there's a shaded built in BBQ, outdoor kitchen, wood burning oven and everything you need for alfresco dining in true Greek style. The lawned gardens, surrounding orange groves and the river gently flowing beyond creates the perfect setting to relax with friends or family!

On the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms, both with their own en suite shower/wet room. The patio doors leading onto the terrace, provide access for an early morning swim.
On the first floor landing are 2 doors, one leads to a spacious terrace, the other to the third bedroom, which is one step down and consists of a double and single bed. It's separated by a lower level room divider, and also has its own en suite shower/wet room. Windows along one side look out over the lounge and onto the gardens.

The spacious living room has a high ceiling creating a great feel of space. It has a comfortable L-shaped sofa with large windows and patio doors that open directly out to the pool terrace and gardens, which also ensure the room is bright and airy. The kitchen blends into the open plan living area. Neutral colours and smooth lines complement the rest of the villa.

A wide pathway runs through the orange groves, taking you to the front door and the terrace. This terrace wraps around the villa leading to the pool and garden. There's a designated area for your hire cars just outside the grounds.

Located in the middle of olive and orange groves with the river meandering close by, this villa is the perfect relaxing retreat. If you can tear yourself away from the villa, Kalyves Beach is 15 minutes' drive away, plus you'll have a mini market, supermarket and restaurants less than 10 minutes away. The Venetian Harbour in Chania is well worth the 45 minutes' drive for a day out, and the quay is filled with cafes, restaurants, bars and bakeries to sample.
