Luxury 6 Bedroom Villa with Pool & Air Conditioning, sleeps up to 14 guests

It Just a 10 minute downhill walk from the traditional village of Old Hersonissos, Villa Monty offers panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and out towards the sea. Perfect for large families and groups, this immaculately presented 6 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and out. With high-spec, contemporary furnishings, an impressive terrace and pool plus sea facing balconies, what's not to love?

WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen are included. Mid-stay cleaning is available and will take place each Monday and Friday at 10:00, fresh sheets, pillowcases, towels (hand and bath) and bathmats will be brought to the villa. Guests are asked to vacate the villa whilst cleaning is taking place. The pool and gardens must be attended as normal but this will take place between 6 – 8 am. The Villa must be vacated by the allotted time of 10am on departure day, please leave doors and windows open.

The outdoor space offers a fantastic place to relax, with wonderful views of the surrounding valley and sea, as well as tall palm trees that add splashes of colour. There's a large pool set into a spacious terrace dotted with plenty of sunbeds. A stylish poolside seating area provides an idyllic spot for socialising, day or night. Plus, there's a swing with space for 2 to lie on. You'll also find a covered dining terrace locate 6 steps up, adjacent to a brick BBQ.

There are 6 stylish bedrooms split between 2 floors, each with contemporary fittings and fixtures. Upstairs, there is a large double bedroom with its own private balcony overlooking the pool. It has an impressive en suite shower room complete with dual sinks and a rainfall shower. Also on this level is a double bedroom with a balcony plus a twin bedroom. These bedrooms each have a door leading to a shared shower room.

Downstairs you'll find a double bedroom with patio doors that open out to the pool terrace. There is also a twin bedroom with a door that leads to the side of the villa. These bedrooms both have a door to a shared bathroom. In addition, there is a large double bedroom. The modern headboard separates the sleeping area from a stylish dual in room shower. There is a separate WC in the bedroom too. You'll also find a WC on the ground floor.

The main living room is a bright, open space with a high ceiling and elegant, marble floors. It is tastefully furnished with a modern sofa and flat screen TV and has patio doors that open out to the terrace. 4 steps down take you to the dining room, which has patio doors that open to the covered dining terrace and BBQ area.

Upstairs, there's a gallery overlooking the ground floor living room, with a seating area and sliding doors that lead out to a balcony - a lovely spot for your morning coffee. The gallery can be accessed from a choice of 2 staircases. The first is by the living room and the second is in the entrance hallway.

The villa is gated from the road, with plenty of parking available in the garage and on the driveway. There are 4 steps up to the villa entrance, which opens into the hallway.

Villa Monty is located in a scenic setting by a church on the outskirts of Old Hersonissos. Just a short, slight uphill walk takes you to the heart of the pretty village, with plenty of places to eat and drink, plus displays of traditional Cretan music and dancing. The nearest beach is in the buzzing Hersonissos resort, less than 10 minutes' drive away, with an excellent variety of bars and restaurants to choose from.
