Villa Merc is an attractive, semi-detached contemporary 3 bedroom villa located in a residential area of Playa Blanca. The salt water pool and terraces are encompassed by an attractive lava stone wall, creating a private space to enjoy the Canarian sunshine. There is a portable BBQ and outside dining furniture on the generously sized terrace - a perfect spot to dine alfresco or partake in sundowners at the end of the day.

The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms each tastefully decorated and with plenty of storage space for your holiday clothes. The double has an en suite shower room and sliding doors out to a patio. There is a twin with an en suite shower, and you will find the remaining twin adjacent. There is also a separate shower room.

Living area and kitchen

The bright and spacious open plan living area with lounge and dining room offers fantastic natural daylight and high ceilings. There are large sliding doors leading out on to the pool terrace. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining table and chairs and is well equipped with modern appliances, plus, a separate utility area.

Entrance

The entrance gates lead to a car port where there is off road parking for 1 car. As you enter the villa grounds the front entrance to the villa is directly ahead.
