Villa Matille is an attractive 3 bedroom open plan villa set in the pleasant residential area of La Granja, Playa Blanca. The beach and marina are only a 5 minute drive away with an array of shops, restaurants and seafront bars. Back at the villa the inviting pool and terrace are the perfect spot to relax and unwind, with ample terrace space for dining alfresco or just enjoying sundowners at the end of the day. Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The salt water swimming pool and the surrounding spacious terrace are ideal for enjoying the Canarian sun. There is a shaded terrace adjacent to the villa which is excellent for using the portable BBQ and dining alfresco or just taking some respite from the midday sun.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Matille has 3 bedrooms with 1 twin on the ground floor which has patio doors leading out to the pool terrace and an en suite shower. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor and include 1 double with an en suite shower and a small private balcony. The remaining twin has a generous balcony and can make use of the separate shower room on this floor. There is an additional WC on the ground floor adjacent to the living space.

Living area and kitchen

The open plan living space comprising of lounge and dining area is attractively decorated with earthy tones and citrus colours. The modern design throughout gives this villa a bright and airy feel, with large patio doors letting in lots of light. The kitchen is located through a large archway and has a door leading to an outdoor utility area.

Entrance

The entrance is at the front of the villa which has a private drive with space for 1 car to park.

Villa Matille has an enviable location being within 10 minutes' walk of Las Coloradas, a rugged natural beach and only 5 minutes' drive from the lively resort of Playa Blanca. There are an array of traditional seafront eateries and Spanish bars to enjoy, just a stone's throw from the beach. Why not visit the chic Rubicon Marina with its elegant shops, stylish restaurants and impressive yachts docked there, only a 5 minute drive away. This is an ideal location for exploring the surrounding areas of Lanzarote and all the beauty it has on offer.
