Villa Mallire is the perfect choice if you don't want to hire a car on your holiday. The house is centrally located in Istron with shops and tavernas, as well as the beautiful beach of Aghios Panteleimonas, being within walking distance. Back at the villa you can enjoy a private swimming pool and pleasant sea views. What's more, the villa is furnished to a high standard and has 3 en suite bedrooms making it ideal for couples and small groups. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

  The private swimming pool is great for cooling off on those hot summer days and the raised terrace is ideal for admiring fantastic sea and mountain views. There is a shaded seating area next to the pool which is perfect for escaping the hot midday sun or reading a good book. You can also dine alfresco and cook up a feast on your own brick BBQ.

  Villa Mallire has 2 twin bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and the other has an en suite bathroom. There is also a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and access to the pool area. All bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated.

  Living area and kitchen

  The open plan living area has a mixture of classic and contemporary furniture with original artwork on the walls. There is a comfortable seating area, a flat screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and is great for preparing your holiday meals. There is also a patio door leading to the pool area.

  Entrance

  Even though a car is not required there is a private parking area if you decide to hire one. The front door opens into the living area.

Two of the best local beaches in the area are also within walking distance.
