The salt water swimming pool is at the front of the villa surrounded by decking and sun loungers to soak up the Canarian sun. There's a pergola offering respite from the sun with a table and chairs for alfresco dining. So why not cook up some tasty meals on your BBQ to enjoy?

The villa has 3 contemporarily furnished bedrooms. There's 1 twin bedroom with an en suite shower room, and 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room and direct access to the pool terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and neutral, crisp decor. There's a separate shower room too.

The lounge, dining area and kitchen are open plan with large patio doors which flood the whole room with natural light keeping the room bright and sunny. It's furnished with a table and chairs and a comfortable sofa for relaxing after a day at the beach. The contemporary, fully equipped kitchen has all you need for cooking up a storm.

The entrance is via a path leading from the road through the communal gardens. There's a gate opening onto the pool and terrace, where you'll find the main entrance. If you decide to hire a car there's on street parking.

The villa is located in Matagorda close to the Beatriz Playa Hotel, just a stone's throw from the beach and the amazing promenade that runs all along the coast from Arrecife to Puerto del Carmen Old Town. There are restaurants, shops and bars just 5 minutes' walk away in the Matagorda Shopping Centre too - what's not to love? The lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, as well as its Strip where you will find a huge choice of shops and places to eat, is only 5 minutes' drive away.
