Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The stylish swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious lawn allowing plenty of room to spread out and find your spot in the sun. A shaded terrace houses comfortable seating to relax on, plus you’ll have an alfresco dining set to enjoy meals together.

Steps lead down to a brick built BBQ at the side of the villa and continue down to a covered terrace on the lower ground floor of the villa. This unique space, furnished with day beds, is perfect for unwinding away from the midday sun.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the lower ground floor is an impressive double bedroom. A woodland mural behind the bed compliments the natural materials used in the room. There is a dressing table, sofa and access to a dressing room and an en suite shower room. Doors lead out to the covered terrace where you can relax with a good book. Stairs from this area take you up to the pool terrace.

The 2 remaining double bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each bedroom is exceptionally finished and has an en suite shower room and access to a balcony. In addition, there is a WC on the ground floor.

Living area and kitchen

Bright and open plan, the living space flows in an L-shape. There’s a comfortable lounge decorated in neutral hues with elegant gold accents. It’s furnished with stylish pieces and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Sliding doors open out to the pool terrace. Adjacent is the beautifully sleek kitchen with a central island and stools creating a sociable layout.

Entrance

The villa is gated from the road with a parking area that is shared with the neighbouring villa. Steps lead up to a porch, with the front door just ahead.

Villa Malayia is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything from the beach and nightlife to sleepy villages and cultural sites. It’s set near an apartment complex and just 10 minutes’ walk into Malia. Here you'll find a wide range of international eateries and plenty of lively bars, with many open late into the night. Nearby, you can enjoy the scenery of the beautiful beaches and mountain ranges, with activities easily arranged. There are plenty of traditional villages to visit, such as Sissi and Milatos, renowned for excellent fish restaurants. The charming Old Village of Hersonissos with its characterful central square, is just a 15 minute car journey away. A little further afield, visit Aghios Nikolaos with its attractive harbour. Taxis and local buses service the area well should you not have a car.
