Villa Les Deo is a chic, contemporary villa with a superb location above Playa de la Arena. A great selection of bars and restaurants plus the wonderful sandy beach are all just a 5 minute drive or 10 minute stroll downhill, so you'll have everything you need within easy reach. Back at the villa you'll have your own private pool combined with 3 spacious bedrooms and stylish interiors throughout. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The outdoor space offers ample opportunity to relax and unwind, with sunbeds dotted along the lower terrace. You'll also have your own private pool, ideal for cooling off on those hot summer days. Set 1 step up, the shaded outdoor dining area overlooks the pool and is perfect for those alfresco BBQs. The lower terrace leads round to the rear of the villa, where you'll find games tables for some friendly competition. 5 steps lead up from the lower terrace to a balcony with access to the living area plus a small table and chairs.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Les Deo has 3 bedrooms in total, all located on the ground floor. There are 2 large double bedrooms, both beautifully finished with stylish furnishings and comfortable seating areas. 1 of the doubles has an en suite bathroom with twin sinks, while the other has a modern en suite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom which has use of separate shower room.

Living area and kitchen

The open plan living and dining area is bright and airy with high-vaulted ceilings and 3 sets of patio doors opening out to the small balcony. The space is stylishly furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and dining table with chairs. A further door opens out to the covered alfresco dining area, 4 steps below.

The large, U-shaped kitchen is sleek in design with plenty of worktop space, and is fully equipped with all the modern appliances. A door leads out to the games terrace at the rear of the villa.

Entrance

Villa Les Deo is gated from the street with on-road parking available. 4 steps lead up to the lower terrace, with another 6 up to the front door.

Villa Les Deo is a detached villa ideally located on the hillside above Playa de la Arena. Just a 10 minute downhill walk or short drive will take you to the resort centre, with a large promenade and a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. You'll also find the beautiful sandy beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag status. The nearby resort of Los Gigantes, with plenty of bars, restaurants and a marina, is only 10 minutes' drive or bus ride away, whilst the bustling Playa de las Americas can be reached in 40 minutes.
