Villa Leniti is a contemporary and spacious 3 bedroom villa with a great central location in Playa de la Arena. The bars, restaurants and sandy Blue Flag beach are all just a 10 minute downhill walk or short drive away. Spend your days relaxing by your own private pool or enjoy a delicious alfresco meal while admiring the partial sea and mountain views from the raised terrace. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The inviting private pool is ideal for cooling off on a hot sunny day, with sunbeds for those looking to unwind. The raised terrace is set 6 steps up from the pool with partial views of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. Here you'll find more sunbeds as well as dining table and chairs to enjoy those tasty meals cooked up on the BBQ. There is a small garden area round the side of the villa with a ping pong and pool table for some friendly competition!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Leniti has 3 bedrooms in total, all located on the ground floor. There is a large double bedroom with a small lounge area - including a sofa and TV - as well as an en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe! You'll also find a second double bedroom with en suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom and a separate shower room. All the bedrooms have stylish and modern furnishings.

Living area and kitchen

The living and dining area is open plan in style, creating a bright and sociable area to relax. 3 sets of patio doors open out to the raised terrace and keep the room filled with natural light. The space is contemporarily furnished with an L-shaped sofa, flat screen TV and dining table with chairs. Stairs lead down from the living area to a hallway below, with access to the pool area.

Adjacent, the stylish kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances. There is plenty of worktop space plus a small breakfast bar for enjoying your morning cup of coffee. A door leads out to the side of the villa and the utility room, which can only be accessed externally.

Entrance

The villa is gated from the street, with 3 steps up to the raised terrace and front door. On road parking is available for your hire car.

There is an apartment beneath the villa for the owner’s use. This will not be occupied during your stay.

Villa Leniti is a semi-detached property located on a hillside in the small resort of Playa de la Arena. The fabulous promenade, with a good choice of restaurants and bars as well as the sandy Blue Flag beach, is just a short downhill walk or a few minutes' drive away. You'll be in a great location to explore the rest of the island, with Los Gigantes only 10 minutes' drive or bus ride away. Here you'll find many bars and restaurants as well as a small beach and boat marina. The lively resort of Playa de las Americas is 40 minutes' away by car.
