Villa Kastille is a charming 2 bedroom property, centrally located in Istron village. A short downhill walk takes you to the beach, shops and a taverna. What's more you will have glorious panoramic sea views over the resort from your very own private pool and spacious terrace. This is the perfect villa if you don't want to hire a car on your holiday as Istron is on the main bus route from Aghios Nikolaos to Sitia Old Town. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The private swimming pool is great for relaxing and admiring those stunning sea and mountain views. For those who want to soak up the sun, there are sun loungers around the pool and a pergola for cooling off. There is a covered terrace with a relaxed seating area, plus a brick BBQ coupled with a dining table where you can dine alfresco in true Cretan style.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the twin bedroom uses the facilities of a separate shower room. Both bedrooms are comfortably decorated and situated at the back of the villa.

Living area and kitchen

The bright open plan kitchen, dining and living area is well furnished with a comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, a flat screen TV, feature fireplace, and a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with all the modern appliances needed to prepare some delicious meals. A door from the kitchen leads to the covered terrace dining area, and patio doors from the living area leads to the outdoor seating and pool.

Entrance

The villa is accessed by a private entrance from the road. The short path leads directly to the front door through the garden and pool terrace. There is off-road parking available if you decide to hire a car.

This villa is located a short walk downhill to a selection of bars, mini markets and traditional tavernas. For beach lovers the area has several well-known beaches, Voulisma and Aghios Panteleimonas both within walking distance. Set on the hillside this villa has stunning views of the sea and mountains.
