Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

You'll have your own private pool offering the perfect spot to unwind. Relax on one of the sunbeds or take a refreshing dip to cool off on those hot sunny days. The dining area can be found to one side beneath a covered terrace, where you can dine in true Portuguese alfresco style. There is also a brick BBQ on the pool terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 3 bright, homely bedrooms at this villa. You’ll find a double and twin bedroom on the ground floor, both of which have en suite bathrooms. The double bedroom has a terrace which overlooks the pool terrace. Upstairs, is a further twin bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Marina – a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Living area and kitchen

The living and dining area is located on the first floor. It’s open plan in style, creating a bright and social space to unwind. Patio doors open onto a balcony with views over the colourful Marina. The room has chic and contemporary furnishings with a flat screen TV, comfortable sofa and dining area. The adjacent kitchen is well equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave and sink for those simple holiday meals.

There is off road parking for your car. The front door opens into the open plan lounge and dining room.

Villa Jasm is a semi-detached property situated in a great position in the area of Cerro Grande. A 15 minute stroll downhill is the colourful Marina of Albufeira. You’ll find a great selection of restaurants, bars and attractions to keep all the family happy. Albufeira's picturesque Old Town and the golden sands of Fisherman's Beach are just a 5 minute drive away with a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants lining its cobbled streets. The beaches of Praia D’Oura and Forte de Sao Joao Beach are both slightly further and have soft golden sand, crystal clear waters and plenty of watersports.
