Villa Ingles is a spacious property with 2 en suite bedrooms, centrally located in Matagorda. It is within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. If this is not enough Puerto del Carmen and its wide variety of amenities and beaches are around 10 minutes in a taxi. The villa has a lovely outside area, a private swimming pool and homely interiors. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, a heated pool and WiFi are included.

Air conditioning is available in the lounge for 2023 only.

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The private salt water pool takes centre stage outside and there are sunbeds next to it, which are great for soaking up the Canarian sunshine. The garden is walled and has a splash of greenery with bushes and plants. There's a small table and chairs on the covered part of the terrace and a portable BBQ for you here, to cook up a feast.

Please note that the ladder to the pool has now been replaced by steps.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with their own en suite bathroom facilities. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have fitted wardrobes.

Living area and kitchen

The open plan lounge/dining area is light and airy with fresh decor. There is comfortable seating , a flat screen TV and a dining table and chairs, as well as a patio door leading to the pool terrace. An archway leads to the well-equipped kitchen with ample storage units and a window overlooking the pool as well as access to the separate utility room.

Entrance

From the driveway the gate leads to the pool area and front door.

Villa Ingles is in a brilliant location in Matagorda - a 10 minute walk takes you to the commercial centre of Matagorda and the beach. Here you can find shops for your daily essentials and restaurants, some overlooking the sea. The lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, as well as its main Strip with a huge choice of shops and places to eat, is around 10 minutes by taxi.
