Designed over two floors, the ground floor has a comfortable lounge with patio door, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor where a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a family bathroom. All bedrooms and the living room have air-conditioning included for your comfort and WiFi is also available.

Back outside you will discover your swimming pool set to the corner of the villa. A large pergola is set off from the villa with rattan table and chairs for evenings dining alfresco. 

A large supermarket is only a 5 minute walk from villa Fern and beach resort of Fanabe can be reached within a 15 minute walk and offers a vast choice of shops, bars and eateries.
