Villa Clary

A pleasant 15 minute walk from Villa Clary, through the resort towards the coast, takes you to the impressive Playa Flamingo Beach and a selection of places to eat, drink and shop. A greater choice can be found within a short drive in the main town, at the harbour and further along the coast, including at the swish Rubicon Marina. The villa is comfortable and well-furnished, with a private gated pool outside. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, WiFi and pool heating are included.

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area
The private salt water pool, covered alfresco dining area and BBQ terrace sit in front of the villa, facing south towards the sea, securing a good deal of sun throughout the day. The pool and sun terrace are also gated from the house for peace of mind with younger children.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
At the end of the hall is a double bedroom and twin bedroom which share a separate bathroom. A small hall off the dining room leads to a further double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a separate shower room. This double bedroom also has patio doors onto the front terrace, which is gated from the pool.

Living area and kitchen
The lounge has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a coffee table, plus 2 large patio doors opening out onto the covered terrace, leading to the pool. Across the hall is the well-equipped kitchen, which has a breakfast table with bench seating and access to the pool terrace. The adjacent dining room has a larger table and chairs, and access to the terrace behind the house.

Entrance
There's space to park outside the villa entrance, with a gate at the side opening onto the ground. The villa occupies a spacious corner plot, and is semi-detached with its neighbour.
