Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The private pool is surrounded by sun loungers where you can relax with a cool drink. There are steps up to the first floor sun terrace with a table and chairs and BBQ - ideal for alfresco dining. It also commands impressive views over the neighbouring treetops towards the distinctive cliff formation of Luz Bay and the sea.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The 3 twin bedrooms are all on the ground floor, one of which has its own en suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms share a separate shower room. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and patio doors opening onto a ground floor covered terrace with leafy surroundings, ideal for respite from the sun.

Living area and kitchen

The open plan lounge/dining room has comfortable furnishings, a feature fireplace and a dining table and chairs for entertaining your party. Three sets of patio doors across the width of the room keep the space light and airy as well as open onto a partially shaded sun terrace. The fully equipped kitchen and a WC are adjacent to the living area.

Entrance

There is off-street parking for your hire car. The villa is laid out on a split level with the entrance hall being between the ground and first floors. Once inside steps lead up to the living area and down to the bedrooms.
