Villa Cima is a delightful 3 bedroom villa with fantastic sea views from the first floor balconies. The property is in an excellent location - shops, restaurants, the old town, harbour and beach of Playa Chica are all within walking distance. Back at the villa, you'll have your own private pool and tastefully decorated interiors. Air conditioning/heating in bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and WiFi are included.

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The outside area is compact but has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. You'll have your own private swimming pool, a dining table and chairs. At one side of the villa there is a brick BBQ. What's more is the beautiful sea views, which can be enjoyed while chilling in the Canarian sun or dining alfresco.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All 3 bedrooms are spread over 2 floors. The 2 twin bedrooms and a shower room are on the ground floor. At the top of the stairs there is a small terrace, overlooking the front of the villa. The double bedroom is on the first floor and has an en suite bathroom, dressing area and 2 balconies, which have fantastic views of the sea and also the surrounding area.

Living area and kitchen

The lounge/dining area is open plan with the kitchen to one side through an opening. Here are 2 sofas, a coffee table, a flat screen TV along with a dining table and chairs. There is access from the lounge to the pool and terrace with the views of the sea and the surrounding area. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and has plenty of worktop and storage space.

Entrance

From the entrance gate there are 3 steps leading to a pathway and main entrance. There is on-road parking for your hire car.

Villa Cima is a semi-detached property set in a residential area just behind the old town and harbour of Puerto del Carmen. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance from the villa. The resort centre is around a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away. Here you will find many shops, bars and restaurants as well as the sandy beach of Playa Grande. The delightful beach of Playa Chica is less than a 10 minute walk away from the villa.
