Villa Cavi is a fantastic 4 bedroom property located in the sought after area of Calheta, with stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean. This modern villa is spacious throughout and the large sliding doors flood each room with light, making it bright and airy. The beautiful pool is the perfect place to take a dip, alternatively, take a 5 minute drive down to the coast and the man-made beach of Calheta. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in 3 bedrooms and the lounge is included.

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The beautiful private swimming pool is ideal for a leisurely swim throughout the day. Unwind on one of the sun loungers and soak in the sublime sea views. The outdoor dining table and chairs, along with the portable BBQ, allow you to enjoy al fresco meals throughout the day.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms at Villa Cavi. All located on one floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room, and 1 twin bedroom located on one side of the villa. There is a further twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. Located off the lounge, it does not have it's own air conditioning unit but does benefit from it's proximity to the neighbouring air conditioned room. All bedrooms have sliding double doors which open out to the pool terrace. There is also an additional shower room.

Living area and kitchen

The bright and spacious open plan living area has everything you’ll need for a wonderful holiday. The contemporary kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and is fully equipped to prepare some delicious meals throughout your stay. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The dining table and chairs completes this wonderful space, with double doors providing access out from here to the terrace and swimming pool. Adjacent to the living area is a games room and utility room.

Entrance

There is gated off road parking for 1 car at the villa. From the parking the entrance to the villa is straight ahead and opens into the games and utility room, with a further door entering the living area.

Villa Cavi is located the charming area of Estreito de Calheta, with stunning scenery and a serene setting. Madeira is a walker’s paradise with a network of Levada hikes that run around the whole island, there are different options to suit all levels of experience and length. Within a short drive of the villa are a selection of eateries and mini markets for your daily needs. A 5 minute drive brings you to the sandy, man-made beach of Calheta, nearby is a lovely selection of sea front restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket.
