Villa Cannes has 2 living areas, a large private swimming pool and garden. Its great location is only 5 minutes' drive from the centre of the upmarket resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, with a choice of beaches, attractions and golf courses also within a short drive. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms is included.

Outside, Villa Cannes has a large private swimming pool at the rear which is fully enclosed for a good deal of privacy, along with a secluded, spacious garden area. There is a portable BBQ and a table and chairs for alfresco dining in true Portuguese style.
Please note the tennis court is not accessible.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are 3 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom completing the ground floor. The double bedroom and 2 of the twin bedrooms each have an en suite shower room, whilst the remaining twin bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of which have en suite shower rooms, whilst the third has use of a separate shower room. All bedrooms have a fresh contemporary feel - great for relaxing after exploring the sites of the Algarve.
Living area and kitchen
The villa's ground floor has a lounge and a dining area with comfy seating and a table and chairs, with patio doors opening onto the terraces at the back and front of the house. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and an office area which are accessed from the lounge.
Stairs from the entrance hall lead up to the first floor where there is a second lounge. The large living area has patio doors opening onto a spacious terrace with fantastic views over the complex grounds.
Entrance
Electric entrance gates open onto the parking area for several cars, which is shared with our neighbouring villas.
