This 3 bedroomed modern villa in a quiet residential area is just a 20 minute walk to the main amenities in the centre of Playa Blanca. The villa is spacious, bright and airy and is furnished to a very high standard throughout. The lively Rubicon Marina is also easily accessible by car and is well worth a visit during your stay. WiFi and pool heating are included along with air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge area.

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The villa has a large pool accessed by roman steps and surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace. Mediterranean flora flanks along a side wall giving the villa an exotic feel. A brick BBQ, outdoor sink and workspace provide all you need for al-fresco dining at the large table and chairs. An outdoor seating area overlooking the pool is perfect for sitting back with a glass of wine in the evening.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom all accessed by the central hallway. The double bedroom has built-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with double wash basins and patio doors leading to the pool terrace. There is a brightly decorated twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and access to a separate shower room. The bed in the single room is a sofa bed. This room also has an en suite shower room.

Living area and kitchen

At the end of the hallway is the bright open plan kitchen and lounge. The lounge is tastefully decorated and has a flat-screen TV. Patio doors open into a pergola and outdoor lounge set and dining table and chairs which overlook the swimming pool.

Entrance

The villa is accessed by a pedestrian gate. A covered porch leads to the front door, inside which, you'll find a hallway. A gate from the car port leads around the side of the villa to a private pool terrace.
