Set against a mountain backdrop, this 4 bedroom villa has modern interiors throughout with a bright and airy feel. The stunning Navarone Bay Beach is around 20 minutes’ walk or a short drive away, while the popular resorts of Lindos and Pefkos can be reached within a 5 minute drive. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

The large swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious lawn dotted with trees, offering plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun while admiring the stunning mountain backdrop. The terrace provides shade with a smart wooden pergola. You’ll be well equipped for alfresco dining with 2 outdoor dining tables plus a brick BBQ, pizza oven and a handy sink.

Villa Arliana has 4 bedrooms in total. On the ground floor is a large double bedroom with patio doors opening out to the covered terrace, as well as a separate shower room. You’ll also find a further double bedroom with an en suite shower room and 2 sets of doors, one opening out to the covered terrace and one opening to the front of the villa. Please note this room can only be accessed externally.

Upstairs are 2 twin bedrooms plus a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have a private balcony, one of which offers distant sea views.

The lounge is bright and airy with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The adjacent kitchen is well equipped with colourful cabinets and a large dining table. 2 sets of doors open from the lounge and kitchen to the covered terrace, set conveniently close to the BBQ.

The villa is accessed via a short unsurfaced road to electric gates, with a long driveway leading round to the parking area. The front door opens into the living room.

Villa Arliana is a semi-detached villa ideally located between the 2 resorts of Lindos and Pefkos. You’ll find the stunning Navarone Bay Beach just 20 minutes’ downhill walk or a short drive from your villa. Both Lindos and Pefkos are just 5 minutes’ drive away, with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Both resorts also offer lovely beaches with sunbeds and beachside tavernas.
