Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The fabulous swimming pool is the star of the show – an idyllic place to relax. Decking separates the main pool from the second, shallower pool ideal for cooling off or relaxing with a good book. The terrace houses a dining table and comfortable furniture where you can sit back and enjoy views of the surrounding olive trees and countryside. Plus, you’ll have a brick BBQ to cook up those feasts.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms are unique and beautifully decorated in keeping with the style of the rest of the villa. There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The first has large sliding doors that provide access to the pool terrace. The second has 3 steps leading down to it and features a bespoke headboard. It has access to a sunken terrace at the rear of the property. There is also a modern shared shower room on this floor.

Stairs lead up to the first floor double bedroom which has a large picture window overlooking the olive groves. It also has an en suite shower room.

Living area and kitchen

Open plan and furnished with chic statement pieces, the living space has all you need for a comfortable stay. There’s a sofa and armchairs plus a flat screen TV. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen and a sleek dining table set beneath funky pendant lights. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

Entrance

Access to the complex of 4 villas is through a sliding gate. Parking is at the rear of the villa, with space for 2 cars. The villa is accessed by walking from the parking area to the entrance door at the side of the villa.

Roof terrace

The roof terrace allows you to take in far reaching views across the island and sea towards Kefalonia. It can be accessed by external stairs at the side of the villa.

Perfectly positioned in the serene setting of Tragaki, Villa Amutz is just outside Tsilivi resort allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds. Locally, sample the delights of a local, traditional restaurant within walking distance or for something livelier, head to the one of Tsilivi’s many bars and restaurants, within a 5 minute drive of the villa. If the coastline calls, there are plenty of excellent beach options nearby ranging from small coves to long, golden sandy beaches. The island’s vibrant capital, Zante Town, is also just 15 minutes’ drive away.
