Back at the villa, you can relax in the stylish surroundings. The villa offers a sleek pool, a spacious terrace perfect for those long sunny days and beautifully furnished interiors. Wifi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and living space are included.

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

There's plenty of space outside and a choice of comfortable seating areas surrounding the large pool, including stylish bean bags. The inviting pool includes a shallower section where you can sunbathe partially submerged in water - ideal for keeping cool! It's regulated using salt water electrolysis, an environmentally friendly system that transforms the salt into natural chlorine. The brick BBQ is to one side of the terrace, close to a chic covered alfresco dining area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor, you'll find 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with patio doors leading outside. There are 2 double bedrooms with modern en suite shower rooms. There is also a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find the stylish mezzanine level. Contemporary shelving borders 2 sides of this unique space, with a twin bedroom at one end and 1 step down to a chill out area at the other. For privacy, blinds pull down to cover the shelving 'wall' and door space. There is also a seperate shower room on this level.

Living area and kitchen

The living area has large sliding doors that keep the space flooded with light and provide access to the pool terrace. There's a flat screen TV and comfortable corner sofa, ideal for relaxing while looking over to the pool. The elegant space has a modern colour scheme, with statement light fixtures, a high pitched ceiling and striking artwork adding a touch of drama. A sleek kitchen with white, high gloss cabinets runs along one wall, with a door at one end providing access to the BBQ area.

Entrance

The villa is completely enclosed and accessed from the off road parking area through a gate in the wall. A pathway leads to the front door which opens to the living space.

Located on the outskirts of the vibrant resort of Tsilivi and just a 10 minute drive from the island's buzzing capital, Zante Town, Villa Ameea makes a great base for exploring. Tsilivi offers an excellent beach, a host of fun family activities and an array of drinking and dining options to choose from. In contrast Zante Town provides a more traditional island experience with its local tavernas and town squares ideal for strolling through.
