With Marathi seafront being just a 5-minute walk away, it's a beach lovers haven too! The resort centre can be reached along a short walk through a footpath which leads to a choice of tavernas. This delightful 4 bedroom villa has a private swimming pool and lawned garden surrounded by olive groves. Air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Oli Grace has a covered terrace with a dining table for enjoying alfresco meals and a smaller table perfect for a morning coffee as you watch the sunrise. The private pool is L-shaped with Roman steps in the shallow end and a ladder in the deep end. A lovely lawned area on 2 sides offers ample space for sunbeds with olive trees to the side and behind. There is a covered terrace with a wood burning oven and a brick BBQ for a spot of alfresco dining. There are also plenty of delightful spots to curl up with a good book or top up that tan, including a pergola overlooking the pool - bliss!

The lower floor has a double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and patio doors onto a small terrace at the front of the house where you'll find the games tables. For 2024, this double bedroom will have an en suite shower room. There is also 1 single bedroom with a pull-out children's bed and 1 twin bedroom. These bedrooms also have patio doors leading outside.

The first floor has 1 double bedroom with an en suite shower room. A door opens to a balcony with seating and steps that lead down to the ground floor veranda.

The lounge has access to the large covered veranda which comes complete with an alfresco dining set, lounging furniture and fantastic views over the sea to the harbour in the distance. Inside, there is comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and feature fireplace. 2 separate staircases lead down to the lower ground floor and up to the first floor double bedroom and mezzanine area with desk.

There is a well-equipped, charming kitchen with everything you need. It has a dining table with chairs where you can sit and plan your day. A door opens to the covered terrace and pool beyond.

The entrance gates open onto a private driveway surrounded by olive groves. A path and steps lead up to the front door.

Villa Oli Grace enjoys a fantastic location just a stone's throw from an excellent beach. Marathi has a selection of traditional tavernas serving local dishes in relaxed surroundings, with many overlooking the beach. The Akrotiri Peninsular where the villa is located has some of the best bays in the Chania area, including Kalathas, 20 minutes' drive away. The town of Chania, with all its historical charm, is approximately 35 minutes' drive away and is definitely worth a visit. Don't miss the Venetian harbour where you relax in one of the many bars and watch the world go by - perfect!
