The private pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with ample sunbeds and comfortable seating to relax on. A covered terrace provides a shady spot and houses an alfresco dining set to enjoy holiday feasts. You'll also find a brick BBQ with an adjacent handy sink here.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor, you'll find 2 bright and airy double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has sliding doors that open to the pool terrace and a chic en suite shower room that is separated from the sleeping space by a clear glass divider. The second double bedroom also has an en suite shower room. There is also a separate shower room next to the lounge.

Upstairs, there are 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms plus a separate, fully tiled shower room.

Living area and kitchen

The living space is entirely open plan, with a very modern feel throughout. Large, sliding doors provide plenty of light and lead out to the pool terrace. A comfortable L-shaped sofa and flat screen TV sit adjacent to a dining table and chairs. At the other end of the room, you'll find a white, high-gloss kitchen that comes complete with an island and stools.

Entrance

You'll find a shared off-road parking area in front of the villa. The front door is straight ahead, through an entrance gate.
