Located just a short drive away from St Pauls Bay and the unspoilt village of Lindos, this 3 bedroom villa makes the perfect relaxing retreat. What's more the sands of Navarone Bay are around 15-20 minutes away on foot or a few minutes by car. Air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms and WiFi are included.

There is a large private pool surrounded by exotic plants and a spacious lawn - it's the perfect place to spend time enjoying the outdoor life style and admiring those fabulous sea views. The brick BBQ is positioned nearer to the house and there is a beautiful stone carved seating area close by. All in all, a great setting for dining alfresco in true Greek style!

Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms both with private balconies and fantastic sea views.There is also 1 twin bedroom with a balcony and mountain views, as well as 1 separate bathroom with a corner bath and overhead shower. On the ground floor there is also 1 shower room.

The living area is open plan with the kitchen. You can enjoy stunning views of the pool, garden and the dramatic backdrop of Navarone Cliffs from the comfort of your sofa. There is also a flat screen TV and patio doors opening out onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped to serve up some flavoursome Greek dishes, and there is a dining table with chairs. There is also access to the outdoor dining area and built-in BBQ.

This villa is accessed from the main road and through the gated driveway. There are 5 steps down to the main front door, which opens into the living area.

This villa is situated very close to the main Lindos-Pefkos road although once within the villa grounds it isn't obvious. It's convenient for the local bus route and also close to Lindos Village either by foot or car. There's a small hotel opposite, ideal for a night cap and a short walk back to the villa. The beach of Navarone Bay is within walking distance, whilst the resort of Pefkos is only a short drive away.

Beaches
