This traditional 5 bedroom property has a spacious outside area, with a private pool, splash pool and a wooden pergola, which is great for relaxing and alfresco dining. This villa is a perfect choice for large families. You’ll be a 10 minute walk from a choice of shops, restaurants and a mini market. A short drive away are the golden beaches of Praia do Castelo, Lourenco and Gale. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The private gated swimming pool has an adjoining splash pool which is surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and an artificial lawn – perfect for soaking up that Portuguese sun in between cool refreshing dips. To one side is a pergola housing a dining table with chairs - perfect for dining true alfresco style. 3 steps up from the pool terrace is a garden gate which opens onto a terrace with a built-in brick BBQ and a handy sink. You'll be well equipped to prepare and enjoy tasty Portuguese delights. The external steps and roof terrace are not accessible.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

This villa comprises of 5 spacious bedrooms located between the ground and first floor. The ground floor has a twin bedroom, a separate bathroom and WC. You’ll also find 2 double bedrooms - one of which has an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are 2 twin bedrooms both of which have patio doors that open onto private balconies, perfect for enjoying a chilled drink and admiring the surrounding views. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.

Living area and kitchen

The bright and airy living area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and a built-in stone bench with comfy cushions adjacent to the feature fireplace. A set of patio doors open onto a covered terrace which is gated from the pool. Through an archway is the dining area designed architectonically in a round shape with a bricked ceiling and large windows with lovely views towards the pool and garden area. You'll find a further seating area on the first floor which is perfect for whiling away with a good book.

The fully equipped kitchen has wooden units, marble worktops and a brick breakfast bar for you to enjoy your morning coffee. A door from here opens onto the BBQ area and steps down to the pool terrace. You’ll also find an adjacent utility room with a pantry.

Entrance

There is ample on street parking for your hire car. The low-level gate opens directly into the garden and the pathway leads to the front door on the terrace.
