In addition to the furnished terrace with dining area and two sun loungers in front of the living area, there is a 70 square meter roof terrace with a pavilion and seating.

Use the additional outdoor living area e.g. for nice barbecues, or just to sunbathe and relax.
There is a swimming pool directly behind the house for shared use with the neighboring houses. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available here.

Directly next to the house a small footpath leads to the beach promenade or in the other direction to the bus station, which is about 350 m away. A small supermarket, as well as a café / bar and a fruit / vegetable shop are in the near.
